About the Portland High School Co-ed Soccer Club
What is Co-ed Soccer?
A mixed team of boys and girls playing co-ed rules. Teams may play with no
more than 6 boys on the field including goalkeeper. Rules of Competition
What is the season like?
Practices start the first week in September and will be twice a week.
Games start the third weekend in September and will end the second week in
November. Games are mostly played at Delta Park.
What are the age groups?
U16 - Freshman and Sophomores
U18 - Juniors and Seniors
Players age is based on their year in school and not their date of birth.
Eligibility
Any high school aged player who is not playing for one of his or her school
teams is eligible to play. High school teams include freshman, JV and varsity
players. Teams from outside the Portland area must meet this requirement as
well.
Coaches and Volunteers Needed!
This program can only work if volunteers step up to coach or volunteer to help
with a team or the club. We are always looking for team coaches and board
members. Help with the club includes registration, uniforms, equipment and
club officers. Parent interested in volunteering should call the Kim at

The Portland High School Co-ed Soccer Club mission is to provide an
opportunity for players to continue to play soccer through their high
school years. This league is designed to be fun and low key while
maintaining a competitive atmosphere. All high school players are
welcome to play and enjoy!
