I agree to abide by the Portland Youth Soccer Association’s Player Code of Conduct:
Treat opponents with respect;
Play hard but within the rules of the game of soccer;
Keep control of my temper;
Respect the referee and accept their decisions without gesture or argument;
Win without boasting, lose without excuse;
Never quit;
Remember it is a privilege to represent your soccer club and community.
I agree to the following:
That I will follow the Portland High School Co-ed League's Rules of Competition and play in accordance with the spirit of the game. Especially, I understand the importance of the modified dangerous play rule that does not allow slide tackling in any form.
That I will comply with team rules.
That I will not play for my school soccer team while I am playing on my co-ed team.
